What You'll Do

As a Dairy Deli Frozen Clerk, you'll ensure the cleanliness, stocking, and rotation of products within the Dairy, Deli, and Frozen departments. You’ll provide helpful, friendly service to customers while keeping displays full, fresh, and appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner

• Stock, rotate, and display merchandise according to company standards

• Clean and maintain self-serve displays, shelves, and cases

• Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Lift and move product (up to 60 lbs) as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, pricing codes, and shelf tags

• Basic writing and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and follow verbal or written instructions

• Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, and lift for extended periods

• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs

Preferred Skills:

• Basic PC and Outlook knowledge

• Retail Management Certificate

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

This role operates in a busy grocery retail setting. It requires frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting, and kneeling. Visual and auditory abilities are necessary to ensure safety and effective communication.
